People have always been at the heart of my work.

My passion for HR began at school, where I became fascinated by the psychology of motivation, engagement and what helps people perform at their best. That curiosity led me to a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a career dedicated to helping people and organisations succeed.

My career has taken me across the UK, Africa and the United States, working with global organisations while supporting individuals, leaders and businesses through growth, change and development.

After more than 15 years in HR and People roles, I reflected on what mattered most in the next chapter. Rosewell was born from a desire to combine my experience, drive and passion to help people and organisations unlock their potential and achieve meaningful success.
